This silly 9 minute video project was written, directed and performed by Rick Patton in 1998 and it has 6 parts. First, The unconventional beginning of Rick’s stand-up comedy performance at that time, filmed at a club in St. Cloud Minnesota. Then the next 5 segments were skits filmed on location in Chicago and St. Cloud, with footage from the “club show” edited in.
Our intention was to create a comedy video much like a music video, in that you will “hear” Rick perform his live comedy; however you will “see” footage from both the club performance that night and silly footage shot around Chicago and St.Cloud, edited in for effect. We think you will find this video to be an interesting way to watch stand-up Comedy.
